Pivotal Need
We need to get students and job-seekers back to the basics!
As a recruiter and interviewer for the MD small business community, I’m committed to helping our future workforce return to the fundamentals that build strong, dependable professionals. We need to set standards.
Why are they ghosting a recruiter (me) for one job, but go back to the same recruiter (also me) for a different job?
As that recruiter, I will not interview even the best of candidates if they cannot properly communicate and follow-up.
Candidate’s actions speak volumes and as a recruiter, I will not recommend anyone who doesn’t perform at the most basic level of the interview process, regardless of how good their resume looks.
